Cyberbullying - A Growing Dilemma

Cyberbullying is the use of the Internet, cell phones, or other electronic communication devices to spread harmful or embarrassing information about another person. This information can be in the form of text, photos, or videos. Internet safety organizations make a distinction between cyberbullying and cyberharrassment. The latter terms refers to harassing behaviors targeted at adults. The term cyberbullying refers to the behavior when it is targeted at minors. Cyberbullying is an extremely serious problem that has recently hit close to home, a Williamsville High School student recently commit suicide due to the amount of cyberbullying he received. What's your view on this?

  1. This has been a growing problem latley and within the past few years it seems to be getting a lot worse. Cyber Bullying is a horrible thing. It can really do a lot of damage to a person and destroy their whole life. I wish people would figue out how to end this mess or people would just stop doing it.

  2. I feel the problem of cyber bullying is only going to escalate because there is no true way to stop it. Cyber bullying affects a person in unimaginable ways and causes the recipient great distress. I hope in the future cyber bullying can be controlled and is non existent.
